Don't Forget To Be Awesome

Don’t Forget to Be Awesome is a collaborative piece done with my 13-year-old cousin during her last two summers’ visits with me. Money from the sale of this piece will go to her summer adventure fund. She lives in a tiny rural town with little exposure to other cultures and ways of thinking. I am coordinating an experience expansion and cultural immersion journey for her and one or two other geographically isolated gifted youths this summer (possible destinations are Seattle WA, Denver CO, Austin TX, as funding allows). If all goes well, I hope to craft more excursions like this one for her and other young curiosity chasers. Stay tuned...
